Twenty-two percent of American-led International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) soldiers killed in Afghanistan this year–13 of 60–were killed by the Afghan soldiers they came to help, the ISAF commander, U.S. General John Allen, told the House Armed Services Committee Tuesday. Almost all of these were American soldiers.
